The Guinness Knight was the second Beer Knight in the Order. He traveled far distances with the Blue Knight to attend festivals throughout New York and Pennsylvania. Together, they spread the word of the Beer Knights and brough attention to the cause.
The Guinness Knight is currently on hiatus while taking care of his new family. We wish him all the best and, of course, glory and riches.
