How many cases did it take you to make that armor?
I don't think anybody really kept count. But if you're really smart and efficient with your cases, I'd guess you could make a decent set of armor with about 5 or 6 cases. Use posterboard or some scrap cardboard first to make a pattern before you start cutting up your cases. Measure twice, cut once...and if you're drunk making beer armor, measure four or five times and cut when sober!

Every last bit of it. If you find beer armor at your local department store I'd be surprised.
Did you drink all the beer yourself?
Not really. I scrounged around at liquor stores, grocery stores, and recycling centers to find empty cases for my first couple sets of armor. Of course I got one or two cases through legitimately drinking them, but I'm an instant gratification kind of guy and couldn't wait for my liver to heal up enough to drink more booze. I can assure you, however, that I have had more than enough beer since making the armor to make the entire suit several times over.

Sadly, no. No Beer Knight is sponsored by their respective beer company. But to be fair, I think Sir Yuengling is the only one who has made any effort to get sponsored. He has a petition to get sponsored online. You can sign it here!
How can I be a Beer Knight?
Joining the Order of Beer Knights is easy! Just make some beer armor and send us a picture of you wearing it. (You can find all the contact info here.) Throw in some biographical info and we'll put you up on the Knights page. What a deal!
Do I have to drink beer to be a Beer Knight?
No, but it sure helps! (ba dum dum) Seriously though, no need to drink beer to be a Beer Knight. As long as you wear the armor and spread the word of The Beer Knights, you are a member of The Order of Beer Knights.
Are you guys alcoholics?
I don't know of any Beer Knights who are alcoholics. We just enjoy the occasional stein or two of brew.
What if I want to make armor out of something else?
I'd love to see it! Maybe you don't like beer. Maybe you want to be a Soda Knight. Or a Tuna Fish Knight. Get a bunch of cases and make some armor, then send us a pic. The creativity is goal.
